余惠平教授扶正解毒法治疗儿童原发免疫性血小板减少症

原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)具有自限性、易复发的特点,临床治疗困难。余惠平教授根据近30年的临床经验,认为正气亏虚是该病的病理基础,热、瘀之标贯穿疾病始终,谨守虚为本,瘀热为标的病机,结合小儿稚阴稚阳的生理特点,提出扶正解毒法治疗ITP的观点,扶正解毒法集温阳固本、清热解毒、活血化瘀法为一体,自拟扶正解毒方治疗本病,临床疗效颇佳。

Prof.Yu Huiping's experience in the treatment of children with primary immune thrombocytopenia

Primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is one of hemorrhagic disease in children,which can spontaneously relieve with the tendency of recurrence,so clinical treatment is difficult.Prof.Yu Huip-ing based on nearly 30 years of clinical experience,thinks that pathological basis of the disease is deficiency of vital Qi,and heat and blood stasis has been the symptoms through the disease.Keeping the deficiency of vital Qi as the nature,the heat and blood stasis as the underlying pathogenesis,and combined with the phys-iological characteristics of children with juvenile Yin and Yang,Prof.Yu has proposed Fuzheng Jiedu thera-py in the treatment of ITP.Fuzheng Jiedu therapy,which combines warming Yang and strengthening nature detoxification,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis together,has good clinical curative effect in the treatment of ITP.
