宫腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管不孕的疗效分析

目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管性不孕的疗效。方法回顾性分析成都市妇女儿童中心医院2012年1月至2014年7月诊断为输卵管性不孕213例患者的临床资料。接受宫腹腔镜治疗的109例患者纳入观察组,104例接受药物等非手术治疗的患者纳入对照组。比较两组在诊断治疗后2年内的妊娠情况及妊娠结局。结果观察组术后1年宫内妊娠率41.3%(45/109),术后2年宫内妊娠率10.1%(11/109),术后2年内异位妊娠率7.3%(8/109);对照组自诊断该疾病起1年宫内妊娠率5.8%(6/104),2年宫内妊娠率1.9%(2/104),2年内异位妊娠率4.8%(5/104)。两组术后宫内妊娠率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),异位妊娠率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对于输卵管性不孕患者,行宫腹腔镜联合治疗,可明显提高妊娠率,且术后1年内妊娠率更高。

The clinical effect evaluation of hysteroscopic combined with laparoscopic in treating the infertility caused by salpingemphraxis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic combined with laparoscopic in treating the infertility caused by salpingemphraxis .Methods The clinical materials of 213 patients with infertility caused by salpingemphraxis treated in Chengdu Women and Children’ s Central Hospital from Jan 2012 to Jul 2014 were retrospectively analyzed .109 patients received hysteroscopic combined with laparoscopic treatment were observation group ,while the other 104 patients who didn ’ t receive surgical therapy but drug therapy were control gorup .The cyophoric situation and results were compared between the two groups 2 years after diagnosis and treatment .Results In observation group , there were 45 cases ( 41.3 %) of uterine pregnancy 1 year after operation , 11 cases (10.1%) of uterine pregnancy 1~2 years after operation , 8 cases (7.3%) of ectopic gestation 2 years after operation.In control group, there were 6 cases (5.8 %) of uterine pregnancy 1 year after operation, 2 cases (1.9 %) of uterine pregnancy 1~2 years after operation , 5 cases (4.8 %) of ectopic gestation 2 years after operation .The difference of uterine pregnancy rates between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05), while the difference of ectopic gestation rates did not have statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of hysteroscopic combined with laparoscopic in treating the infertility caused by salpingemphraxis is obvious , especially in one year after the opearion .
