| 摘 要： | 目的观察中医安神化痰法配合耳穴埋豆治疗小儿多动症的临床效果。方法 2012年10月至2015年10月陕西省礼泉县计划生育服务站收治小儿多动症患儿53例,随机分为观察组26例和对照组27例。观察组采用中药配合耳穴埋豆治疗,对照组采用单纯中药治疗,治疗3个月,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.2%(25/26),显著高于对照组66.7%(18/27),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中医安神化痰法配合耳穴埋豆治疗小儿多动症疗效显著。

Effect of Anshen Huatan method combined with Erxue Maidou method in the treatment of ADHD |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of Anshen Huatan method combined with Erxue Maidou method in the treatment of ADHD.Methods From October 2012 to October 201 5,in Liquan County Family Planning Service Stations 53 cases of ADHD were treated,randomly divided into observation group (26 cases)and control group(27 cases).The observation group was treated by TCM combined with Erxue Maidou method.The control group was treated with pure TCM.Treatment lasted for 3 months.Observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.2%(25/26),significantly higher than the control group(66.7%,18/27),the difference being statistically sig-nificant(P <0.05).Conclusion Anshen Huatan method combined with Erxue Maidou method has evident therapeutic effect in the treatment of ADHD. |
