| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Th1/Th2细胞因子的变化与子宫内膜息肉(endometrial polyps,EP)的关系。方法回顾性分析2014年9~12月暨南大学附属深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院妇产科收治的45例患者的临床资料,采用流式微球分析法(cytometric bead array,CBA)分别检测25例EP患者(A组)和20例同期行宫腔镜检查未见异常者为对照组(B组),检测比较Th1代表性细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、γ-干扰素(γ-IFN)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)]/Th2代表性细胞因子白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6),白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]型细胞因子的表达水平。结果 EP患者TNF-α、γ-IFN、IL-2的表达高于对照组,IL-4、IL-6的表达低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。IL-10的表达略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 Th1/Th2细胞失衡可能对EP的发生发展有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective TostudytherelationshipbetweenthechangeofTh1/Th2cytokineandendometrialpolyps(EP). Methods Usingthemethodofcytometricbeadarrayin25EPpatients(groupA)and20casesincontrolgroup(groupB)hospitalized in Jinan University Affiliated Shenzhen Baoan District Maternity and Child Care Hospital from September 2014 to December 2014 to detect Th1/Th2 cytokines expression level. Th1 cytokines include tumor necrosis factor alpha ( TNF alpha) , gamma interferon ( gamma- IFN), interleukin 2 (IL - 2);Th2 cytokines include interleukin 4 (IL - 4), interleukin 6 (IL - 6), interleukin 10 (IL -10).Results TheexpressionofTNFalpha,gammainterferonsandIL-2inEPpatientsarestatisticallysignificanthigherthan those of the control group, the expression of IL - 4, IL - 6 are lower than those of the control group. The expression of IL - 10 is slightlylowerthanthecontrolgroupbutnostatisticaldifference.Conclusion ImbalanceofTh1/Th2cellsmayplayanimportantrolein the EP development. |
