摘    要:目的研究HCG$i射后不同时间(42h与40h)行短时授精(3h)对体外受精胚胎移植(IVF-ET)受精率、卵裂率及临床妊娠率的影响。方法对郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院生殖中心实施IVF-ET的962例患者新鲜周期进行回顾性总结和分析,根据HCG注射后不同时间授精分为2组(A组:2009年3月-2012年3月HcG后42h授精440例;B组:2012年4月-2013年9月HCG后40h授精共522例。对两组平均年龄、受精率、卵裂率及临床妊娠率之间的关系进行分析。结果两组年龄、受精率和卵裂率无差异,但临床妊娠率具有显著统计学差异。结论HcG后不同时间短时授精将影响IVF-ET胚胎发育及临床妊娠率。

Abstract:Objective: The purpose of this research is to study the effect of short insemination (3 hours) at different time periods (40 hours and 42 hours) after the injection of HCG on the IVF-ET fertilization rate, the cleavage rate and the clinical pregnancy rate. Methods: The method applied is to give a retrospective summary and analysis of the fresh cycle of 962 patients on whom the IVF-ET has been carried out by the IVF Center of Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University. These 962 patients are divided into two groups to be studied separately based on different insemination time after the injection of HCG (Group A: 440 patients inseminated 42 hours after the injection of HCG between March, 2009 and March, 2012; Group B: 522 patients inseminated 40 hours after the injection of HCG between April, 2012 and September, 2013. Analyses have been conducted of the relationship between the average age, the fertilization rate, the cleavage rate and the clinical pregnancy rate of these two groups) . Results: The result of the research is that there is no difference between the age, the fertilization rate and the cleavage rate of these two groups while the clinical pregnancy rate has a significant statistical difference. Conclusion: Therefore, a conclusion can be reached that short insemination at different time periods after the injection of HCG will affect the IVF-ET embryo development and the clinical pregnancy rate.
