PFNA与DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效比较

目的 比较PFNA与DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效.方法 分别应用PFNA、DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折58例、45例,比较两组术中出血量、术后骨折复位丢失、关节功能恢复优良率.结果 术后随访时间6～24个月,平均15.3个月,所有骨折均愈合,两组比较术中出血量、术后骨折复位丢失、关节功能恢复优良率差异均有统计学意义,PFNA组均优于DHS组.结论 PFNA和DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折可获得较好效果,PFNA更适合应用于严重骨质疏松型及不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折.

Effect Comparison of PFNA and DHS in the Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of PFNA and DHS in the treatment of temoral lntertrochantenc fractures. Methods PFNA, DHS was respectively applied to treat 58 cases, 45 cases of the femoral intertrochanteric fractures, to compare the intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative fracture reduction loss, the excellent rate of joint function recovery between the two groups. Results The patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months, with an average of 15.3 months. All the fractures were healed, the intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative fracture reduction loss, the excellent rate of joint fimction recovery of PFNA group was better than that of DHS group, with statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion PFNA and DHS can obtain good effect in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures, PFNA is more suitable for severe osteoporotic and unstable femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
