氨氯地平联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型轻中度高血压患者的疗效

目的对比分析单独使用氨氯地平与氨氯地平联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型轻中度高血压的疗效，探索更为合理的治疗方案。方法将50例肥胖型轻中度高血压患者随机分入观察组和对照组各25例。对照组患者单用氨氯地平治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上，同时接受二甲双胍治疗。两组患者接受治疗6个月后，对比分析两组患者在疗效、血压、胰岛素抵抗方面的差异。结果治疗结束后，观察组总有效率高于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗前，血压及胰岛素相关指标方面两组间差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后与治疗前相比，两组患者的血压、FPG、FINS、ISI均下降．但观察组下降更明显，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论氨氯地平联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型轻中度高血压患者，降压效果确切，并改善了患者胰岛素抵抗状况。

Clinical Effect of Amlodipine and Metformin in the Treatment of Obesity-Related Mild and Moderate Hypertension

Objective To compare the clinical effect of obesity-related mild or moderate hypertension by amlodipine or amlodipine and metformin, so as to explore a more reasonable treatment plan. Methods 50 patients with obesity-related mild or moderate hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, with 25 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine, while patients in the observation group were treated with amlodipine and metformin. After 6 months of treatment, the curative effect, blood pressure and insulin resistance were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in related indicators of blood pressure and insulin between two groups before treatment （P 〉0.05）; after treatment, the blood pressure, FPG, FINS and ISI of both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, but the observation group decreased more significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusions For patients with obesity-related mild or moderate hypertension, the antihypertensive effect of combination therapy of amlodipine and metformin is obvious, and it also can improve insulin resistance status.
