2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的心功能与骨质疏松的关系

摘    要:目的探讨2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的心功能与骨质疏松的关系。方法 148例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者,按骨密度分为低骨量组与正常骨量组,行心脏彩色多普勒检查心脏收缩和舒张功能及进行血清钙、磷、镁离子含量检测。结果 2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的心脏收缩及舒张功能低骨量组均较骨量正常组差(P<0.01),但血清钙、磷、镁含量在两组间并无显著性差异。结论 2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的心功能随着骨密度的降低有所减退。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between cardiac function and osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes combined with coronary artery disease. Methods One hundred and forty-eight patients with type 2 diabetes combined with coronary artery disease were assigned to a lower bone mass density group and a normal bone mass density group according to the bone mineral density (BMD). Color Doppler examination was followed to evaluate the systolic function and diastolic function, serum Ca, serum P, serum Mg were measured. Results The systolic function and diastolic function were worse in the lower bone mass density group than those of the patients with type 2 diabetes combined with coronary artery diseasenormal in the bone mass density group (P〈0.01), but the serum Ca, P, Mg were with no significant difference between both groups (P〉0.05). Conclusions The cardiac function decreases with the loss of bone mineral density in patients with type 2 diabetes combined with coronary artery disease.
