高频超声在婴幼儿髋关节发育不良早期筛查及随访中应用

摘    要:目的探讨高频超声在新生儿及小婴儿髋关节DDH筛查、诊疗中的实用价值。方法超声检查424例年龄在出生后2天~生后100天的新生儿及小婴儿髋关节,应用Graf法测量α、β角。结果424例新生儿及小婴儿,共检查髋关节848个。其中髋关节不稳定12例;髋关节发育不良3例。出生30-100天复查结果;髋关节不稳定的12例中,有9例复查恢复正常;3个髋关节转为髋关节发育不良;髋关节发育不良的3例转化为髋关节趋于稳定。结论高频超声能够对婴幼儿髋关节发育不良进行早期筛查并追踪随访,具有重要临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective: Explore the high-frequency ultrasound in newborns and small infants hip DDH screening, diagnosis and treatment of the practical value of. Methods- Ultrasonography 424 cases aged 2 days after birth ~ 100 days after birth, newborns and small infants hip, Graf measurement applications α, βAngle. Results: 424 cases of newborns and small infants, Inspected hip 848, 12 cases in which the hip joint is unstable; Three cases of hip dysplasia. Born 30-100 days review the results; Hip instability in 12 cases, nine patients underwent normal; 3 hip into hip dysplasia; Hip dysplasia in three cases into hip stabilized. Conclusion: High-frequency ultrasound can of infant hip dysplasia and followed up for early screening has important clinical value.
