生长抑素联合泮托拉唑钠治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 探讨生长抑素联合泮托拉唑在重症急性胰腺炎临床治疗中的应用价值.方法 选取我院2011至2013年收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者共83例,按照不同用药治疗方案把患者分为试验组(43例,给予生长抑素联合泮托拉唑治疗)和对照组(40例,给予生长抑素治疗),治疗7d后对两组的疗效进行综合比较.结果 ①治疗7d后,试验组治疗总有效率达到90.70%,明显高于对照组的总有效率72.50%(P<0.05);②试验组患者腹痛腹胀、腹腔积液、及血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶和白细胞水平恢复正常时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05).结论 生长抑素联合泮托拉唑治疗重症急性胰腺炎效果显著,优于单用生长抑素,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the the application value of somatostatin combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Eighty-three cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were divided into experimental group (43 cases, given somatostatin combined with pantoprazole treatment ) and control group (40 cases, given somatostatin treatment), the efficacy of the two groups was compared 7 days after treatment. Results (~)After 7 days, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.70%, higher than 72.50% of the control group (P 〈0.05); ~The recovery time of bellyache, bloating, ascites, blood and urine amylase and white blood cell level of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Somatostatin combined with pantoprazole has better effect than somatostatin alone in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
