摘    要:目的探讨精液中圆形细胞对宫腔内人工受精(IUI)妊娠率的影响。方法分析2012年1月-2012年12月在我中心行IUI治疗的不孕患者精液情况1293个治疗周期,其中选择标准是处理前的精液液化时间≤60mim,处理后活动精子总数(PTMS)〉5×10-6/ml的患者,根据处理前精液中圆形细胞浓度分成3组:I组,≤1×10-6/ml;Ⅱ组,〉1×10-6/ml,≤5×10-6/ml;Ⅲ组〉5×10-6/ml。比较各组间的精液参数和IUI妊娠率。结果1293个IUI周期共获得181例妊娠,总周期妊娠率是14.00%。精液中圆细胞浓度大于5×10-6/ml组妊娠率极显著低于其它两组,(OVSl3.4%;0VS27.86%,P〈0.01)。而在流产率组Ⅰ组Ⅱ均差异不显著(P〉0.05)。结论在IuI治疗周期中处理前精液中圆细胞浓度大于5×10-6/ml时可能会是影响妊娠率的重要因素。

Effect of intrauterine insemination on round cell in semen.

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the effect on pregnancy outcome used semen containing round cell after intrauterine insemination. Methods: There are 1293 intrauterine insemination cycles between January to December on 2012 in our fertility center. Ejaculates containing≤60mim the time of semen Liquefaction and 〉 5×10-6/ml processed total motile sperm count (PTMS) were used in this study. According to the concentration of round cell in semen, the semen were divided into 3 groups ( ≤1×10-6/ ml; 〉l×l06/ml and ≤5×10-6/ml; 〉5×10-6/ml) . Meanwhile the parameters and IUI outcome were compared among the 3 groups. Results- Pregnancy occurred in 181 cycles and a cycle fecundity of 16.67% in 1293 cycles. Compared to other group, there was significant difference was found in PTMS〉5×l0-6/ml group (0 VS.13.4%; 0 VS. 27.86%, P〈0.01) . In the abortion rate group ⅡⅠ group were difference was not significant (P〉 0.05) . Conclusion: Therefore, it maybe play an important role in IUI pregnancy outcome existed in the concentration of round cell in ejaculates.
