舒张性心力衰竭患者应用螺内酯联合地尔硫治疗的效果分析

目的分析舒张性心力衰竭患者应用螺内酯联合地尔硫的临床疗效。方法以我院2011年9月至2013年5月收治的70例舒张性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,将其随机平分为对照组、观察组35例,两组于常规治疗基础上,给予观察组螺内酯联合地尔硫治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果对比两组E/A比值,观察组更优,组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;6分钟步行测验,结果显示观察组更优,组间符合统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗后,观察组脑钠肽水平检测结果显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论螺内酯联合地尔硫治疗舒张性心力衰竭可获取确切疗效,有效改善患者舒张性心力衰竭症状,恢复心力功能,临床不良反应及对肝肾功能损伤均甚微,具备可靠性与安全性,值得推广使用。

The Effect Analysis of Combined Application Spirolactone and Dilthiazem in the Treatment of Diastolic Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the effect of combined application Spirolactone and Dilthiazem in the treatment of diastolic heart failure. Methods 70 patients with diastolic heart failure were divided into the observation group and the control group. The conventional drug treatment plan was applied in all the patients. The Spirolactone and Dilthiazem were used in the observation group. The primary outcome was a comparative analysis of the clinical effect, cardiac function and the BNP level between the two groups. Results The clinical effect in the objective group was better. The E/A value in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The BNP level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusions The combined application of Spirolactone and Dilthiazem is satisfyingly effective in the treatment of diastolic heart failure, with better clinical effect and lower BNP level.
