局部氧疗联合金霉素软膏治疗新生儿尿布性皮炎的效果分析

目的观察局部氧疗联合金霉素软膏治疗新生儿尿布性皮炎的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月至2014年1月期间我院儿科收治的90例新生儿尿布性皮炎患儿作为研究对象,按入院顺序将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。两组经常规处理后,对照组采用局部暴露并外涂金霉素软膏;观察组在对照组的基础上辅以局部吹纯氧,治疗1个疗程后观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为97.78%,对照组为64.44%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治愈时间为(2.78±0.73)d,对照组为(5.89±0.42)d,两组差异显著,同样具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对新生儿尿布性皮炎的常规治疗基础上加用局部氧疗,能加快红肿消退、明显缩短愈合时间,此方法安全、经济,且无不良反应,疗效显著,值得在临床中推广。

Effect Analysis of Local Oxygen Therapy Combined with Aureomycin Ointment in the Treatment of Neonatal Diaper Dermatitis

Objective To observe the clinical effects of topical oxygen therapy combined with aureomycin ointment in treating neonate diaper dermatitis. Methods We selected 90 newborns with neonatal diaper dermatitis who were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to January 2014 as the research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. After conventional treatment, the control group used local exposure and coated with aureomycin ointment; the observation group was treated with local blowing with oxygen based on the control group. After one course of treatment, the therapeutic effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.7g%, significantly higher than 64.44% of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. The healing time of the observation group was （2.7± 0.？3） d, significantly shorter than （5.89 ± 0.42） d, with statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions In the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis, conventional treatment plus local oxygen therapy can accelerate the swelling subsided, shorten the healing time, which is safe, economic, with significant curative effect and no adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical application.
