早期康复干预对桡骨远端不稳定骨折术后腕关节功能恢复影响的观察

目的 探讨早期康复干预对桡骨远端不稳定骨折术后腕关节功能恢复的影响.方法 入选2010年4月至2013年8月我院收治的46例桡骨远端不稳定固定骨折术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组进行早期康复干预,对照组进行普通的术后护理,对比患者的功能恢复情况和满意度.结果 对两组患者第1周、2周、4周及12周的腕正侧位片中掌倾角和尺偏角的角度进行测量,发现除在第1周掌倾角两组比较无差异,其余时间掌倾角,尺偏角均具有较强差异,具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;对患者进行Mcbride评价,观察组优良率为82.61％ （19/23）,显著高于对照组52.17％ （12/23）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 早期康复干预对桡骨远端不稳定骨折术后腕关节功能恢复具有重要意义.

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Intervention on Wrist Joint Function Recovery After Operation of Unstable Distal Radius Fractures

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on the recovery of wrist joint function after operation of unstable distal radius fractures. Methods 46 cases of unstable distal radius patients with fracture fixation surgery were selected from April 2010 to August 2013 in our hospital, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given with early rehabilitation intervention, and the control group was given with normal nursing after operation, to compare the function recovery and the patient satisfaction. Results Measurement of palmar tilt angle and ulnar inclination angle of wrist side position piece of the two groups in the first week, second week, fourth week and twelfth week found no difference of the palmar tilt of the two groups in first week, but the palmar tilt and ulnar inclination showed strong difference, with statistical significance （P 〈0.05） at other time; the evaluation of patients with Mcbride showed excellent rate of 82.61% （19/23） in the observation goup, significantly higher than 52.17% （12/23） in the control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention has the vital significance in recovery of wrist joint function after operation of unstable distal radius fractures.
