腹腔镜下膀胱修补在妇科手术膀胱损伤患者中的应用

目的探讨分析腹腔镜下膀胱修补在妇科手术膀胱损伤患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2011年1月至2013年12月间,收治的40例膀胱损伤患者临床资料,分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者腹腔镜下行膀胱修补术,对照组患者传统开腹下行膀胱修补术,比较两组患者术后第5天白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白恢复正常情况及手术时间、手术中出血量、手术后肛门排气情况之间的差异。结果观察组膀胱修补术后第5天白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白恢复正常情况优于对照组患者,观察组患者手术时间、肛门排气时间均较对照组患者短,同时观察组患者手术中出血量少于对照组患者,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下膀胱修补术治疗妇科手术膀胱损伤患者,手术时间短,术中出血少,术后恢复快,同时满足患者及家属审美要求,值得应用与推广。

Effect Analysis of Laparoscopic Bladder Repair in the Treatment of Bladder Injury after the Gynecologic Surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic bladder repair in the treatment of bladder injury after the gynecologic surgery. Methods 40 cases of bladder injury after the gynecologic surgery were divided into an observation group and a control group. The laparoscopic bladder repair was used in the observation group only. The open downward bladder repair was used in the control group. The operation situation and laboratory examination indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The operation situation in the observation group was better. The time of white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin returned to normal level in the observation group was less than those in the control group. Conclusions It can get a satisfaction effect to use laparoscopic bladder repair in the treatment of bladder injury after the gynecologic surgery, with better clinical effects such as shorter operative time, less blood loss, faster recovery, which deserves clinical application and promotion.
