87例脑卒中患者糖代谢异常的临床分析

目的 对脑卒中患者糖代谢异常的临床特点进行分析和总结.方法 选择脑卒中患者共87例为研究对象,并按照有关的诊断标准,分为糖尿病组、糖调节受损组和正常糖耐量组.比较各组基线资料,以总结临床特点.结果 本研究脑卒中患者糖尿病发病率为41.38％,糖调节受损率为28.74％.各组在入院GCS、年龄、非首次脑卒中、FPG升高、血糖和GHbA1c中均具有统计学差异,P ＜0.05.在其它基线资料方面,并无统计学差异,P＞0.05.结论 脑卒中患者发生糖代谢异常的风险较高.在脑卒中急诊患者中,有必要行糖尿病有关检查,尽早确诊,并采取针对性治疗.

Clinical Analysis of 87 Cases of Stroke Patients with Abnormal Glucose Metabolism

Objective To analyze and summariz the clinical characteristics of patients with abnormal glucose metabolism in stroke. Methods A total of 87 cases of stroke patients were chosen as the study object, and in accordance with the relevant diagnostic criteria, divided into diabetic group, IGR group and normal glucose tolerance group. Baseline data were compared among the groups to summarize the clinical features. Results The incidence of diabetes of stroke patients in this study was 41.38%, impaired glucose regulation rate was 28.74%. Admission GCS, age, non-first stroke, increased FPG, blood glucose and GHbAlc had significant difference among the grpups, P 〈0.05, other aspects of the baseline data had no statistical significant difference, P 〉0.05. Conclusion Stroke patients have higher risk of occurrence of abnormal glucose metabolism. It is necessary for emergency patients with stroke to take related examination of diabetes, early diagnosis, and specific treatment.
