嘉善县出生缺陷监测结果分析

目的了解嘉善县近年来出生缺陷发生情况和变化趋势，探讨降低出生缺陷发生率的有效干预措施。方法以所有住院分娩的孕满28w至产后7天的围产儿为对象，根据（《中国出生缺陷监测手册》制定的23类主要出生缺陷的定义进行监测统计。结果2008～2013年本县出生缺陷发生率143．29／万，乡村发生率高于城镇，差异有统计学意义，出生缺陷发生率总体呈上升趋势。结论为降低出生缺陷发生率，需采取“三级预防”策略，突出重点人群综合干预。
