COOK促宫颈成熟球囊在足月妊娠引产中的临床观察

目的研究COOK促宫颈成熟球囊在足月妊娠引产中的有效性和安全性。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,选择我院2013年1月至2013年12月280例足月妊娠且有引产指征的孕产妇作为研究对象,130例自愿选择使用COOK促宫颈成熟球囊促宫颈成熟后引产孕妇作为观察组,150例单纯用低浓度缩宫素促宫颈成熟并引产作为对照组。观察两组间促宫颈成熟效果、引产成功率、诱发临产时间、总产程时限、分娩方式、产后出血量、产褥感染、新生儿情况。结果观察组促宫颈成熟有效率、阴道分娩率、引产成功率均高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组诱发临产时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论COOK促宫颈成熟球囊用于足月妊娠引产是安全、有效的,孕产妇依从性好,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of COOK Cervical Ripening Balloon on Induction of Labor in Full-Term Pregnancy

Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of COOK cervical ripening balloon on induction of term pregnancy. Methods By retrospective analysis method, we assigned 280 cases of full-term pregnancy and induced labor indications of pregnant women in our hospital from 2013 January to 2013 December as the object of study. 130 patients were voluntary to receive COOK cervical ripening balloon cervical ripening pregnant women （the observation group）, and 150 cases treated with low concentration of oxytocin in promoting cervical ripening and induction of labor （the control group）. The promoting cervical ripening effect, successful rate of induced labor, induced labor time, total labor time, mode of delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, puerperal infection, and neonatal status were observed. Results The cervical ripening rate, vaginal delivery rate, the successful rate of induced labor of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with significant difference （P 〈0.05）. The induced labor time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions COOK cervical ripening balloon for induction of termpregnancy is safe and effective, with high compliance, which is worthy of clinical application.
