糖尿病社区健康教育效果观察

目的 对社区康复中心糖尿病患者健康教育并进行效果观察.方法 选择160例糖尿病患者,遵循自愿参与原则,签订知情同意书,对其进行糖尿病健康教育和社区护理,主要内容包括合理用药、血糖监测、饮食治疗、运动疗法、心理治疗及并发症防治等糖尿病相关保健知识.结果 对接受社区健康教育前后患者的血糖控制情况、相关知识掌握情况和生活质量进行比较,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）.结论 在社区康复中心对糖尿病患者进行健康教育和社区护理,能使患者的血糖得到有效的控制,提升患者相应的保健知识,让患者养成自我监测血糖的好习惯,提高患者生活质量,在糖尿病治疗与控制方面有着积极的临床意义.

Effect of Health Education on Diabetes in Community Rehabilitation Center

Objective To observe the effect of health education for diabetic patients in community rehabilitation center. Methods 160 cases of patients with diabetes were selected, and followed the principle of voluntary, they signed the informed consent. Health knowledge of diabetes included rational drug use, blood glucose monitoring, diet therapy, exercise therapy, psychological treatment and prevention of the complications of diabetes. Results Patients＇ blood sugar control situation, knowledge, and quality of life before and after the community health education were compared; the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Through health education and community care, the patient＇s blood sugar has been controlled effectively, relevant health knowledge has been enhanced, the good habit of self-monitoring blood glucose has developed, the life quality has been improved; therefore, it is significant in diabetes treatment and control.
