间苯三酚在疤痕子宫上环中的应用

目的探讨间苯三酚在疤痕子宫上环中的应用效果。方法选择我院2013年2月至2014年2月期间收治的自愿接受上环手术的患者180例,随机分为实验组和对照组各90例,对照组患者行常规上环手术,观察组患者在常规上环手术的基础上于术前20 min肌肉注射间苯三酚,比较两组患者的疼痛程度、术中出血量、手术成功率。结果实验组手术成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ疼痛程度相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术中出血量<10 mL和10～30 mL患者例数相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚可以减轻疤痕子宫上环疼痛,提高上环成功率。

Application Efficiency of Phloroglucinol in Intrauterine Device （IUD） Operation of Scarred Uterus

Objective To investigate the application efficiency of phloroglucinol in intrauterine device （IUD） operation of scarred uterus. Methods A total of 180 cases of scarred uterus were selected and randomly divided into experimental group （90 cases） and control group （90 cases）. The control group was given with regular IUD operation, while the experimental group was given with phloroglucinol intramuscular injection 20 min before IUD operation. The degree of pain, blood loss and surgical success rate were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. ClassⅠ, classⅡ, classⅢ degree of pain had significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）, and the patients with〈10 mL of blood loss and 10-30 mL of blood loss had significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Phloroglucinol can decrease the pain during IUD operation, and significantly increase the operation success rate.
