综合护理在宫颈LEEP术后出血中的应用价值探讨

目的探讨综合护理在垂体后叶素联合高锰酸钾溶液治疗宫颈LEEP术后出血中的应用价值。方法选择2012年1月至2014年1月在我院就诊的LEEP术后宫颈创面脱痂出血病例70例,所有病例均经垂体后叶素联合高锰酸钾溶液治疗,将70例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各35例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用综合护理方法,比较两组病例的止血率、宫颈痂皮再次脱落出血发生率及创面愈合情况。结果所有病例均在72小时内阴道流血停止。两组在治疗后24小时内的止血率无显著性差异(P>0.05);48小时内观察组止血率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组脱痂率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后所有病例均在90天内创面完全愈合,45天与60内观察组的创面痊愈率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理除了能有效止血外,更能预防创面再次发生脱痂出血,有利于创面早日痊愈,值得在临床进行推广。

Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing in Cervical Bleeding After LEEP

Objective To discuss the application value of comprehensive nursing in cervical bleeding after LEEP treated with pituitrin combined potassium permanganate solution. Methods 70 patients with decrustation and bleeding of cervical wound surface after LEEP were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The hemostatic rate, incidence of cervical eschar exfoliation and bleeding again and wound healing condition were compared. Results All cases had vaginal bleeding fully stopped within 72 h. Within 24 h after treatment, there was no statistical difference in hemostatic rate between two groups （P〉0.05）, but within 48 h, the hemostatic rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Decrustation rate of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. The wound surfaces of all cases were fully healed within 90 d; wound surface healing rates within 45 d and within 60 d of observation group were obviously higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can effectively stop bleeding and prevent wound surface from decrustation and bleeding again. It is good for early healing of wound surface.
