| 摘 要： | 目的探讨首发抑郁障碍患者认知功能损害的特点。方法随机将我院收治的确诊为首发抑郁障碍的患者91例作为研究组,并按方便抽样选取本院正常健康职工90例作为对照组,对比两组的认知功能状况。结果研究组RBANS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组WCST完成分类数与概念化百分数均明显较对照组低(P<0.05),而总测验数则明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论首发抑郁障碍患者的全面认知功能存在程度不一的损害。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristics of cognitive impairment of first episode depression patients, Methods A case-control study was used to analyze 91 patients with first episode depression and 90 cases of healthy controls. The cognitive functions were compared. Results The study group had lower RBANS scores （P 〈0.05） than the control group. WCST： the study group had lower number of categories completed and conceptualization percentages, but the total score was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The overall cognitive function of patients with first episode depression has varying degrees of damage. |
