摘    要:目的探讨床边快速检验(POCT)设备维护对提高医疗应急效率的作用。方法将2012年1月至2012年12月间我院在用的POCT设备172台为对照组,2013年1月至2013年12月间我院在用的POCT设备187台为研究组;对照组采用常规维护,研究组每月进行定期保养维护,比较分析两组不同维护模式对提高医疗应急效率的作用。结果定期保养维护模式与常规维护模式比较,POCT设备的故障率显著降低(P<0.01),设备完好率明显提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),差异具有显著统计学意义。结论 POCT设备因其体积小、操作方便、检测结果准确等优势,为临床抢救生命和医疗应急赢得了宝贵的时间;定期保养维护对提高突发事件现场医疗应急效率具有重要的作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of point-of-care testing (POCT) device maintenance in improving the efficiency of medical emergency. Methods 172 POCT devices from January 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital were chosen as control group, 187 POCT devices from January 2013 to December 2013 in our hospital were chosen as study group. The control group was taken with routine maintenance, and the study group was taken with periodic maintenance monthly, to comparatively analyze the role of two different maintenance modes in improving the efficiency of medical emergency. Results The periodic maintenance mode kept POCT devices with lower failure rate (P&lt;0.01), higher perfectness rate (P&lt;0.01 or P&lt;0.05) in contrast to routine maintenance mode, with statistically significant difference. Conclusion POCT devices have won valuable time for life saving and medical emergency due to the advantages of small size, easy operation and accurate test results. Periodic maintenance plays important role in improving the efficiency of medical emergency.
