Notch家族蛋白、LCHAD在早发型重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨Notch家族蛋白、长链三羟基酰基辅酶A脱氢酶(LCHAD)的表达与早发型重度子痫前期发病的关系,揭示早发型重度子痫前期发病机理。方法选择早发型重度子痫前期患者45例、晚发型重度子痫前期患者42例为研究组,40例正常分娩者为对照组,免疫组化法检测Notch家族蛋白、LCHAD在胎盘绒毛组织中的分布和表达水平。结果各组胎盘组织的合体滋养细胞、血管内皮细胞、蜕膜细胞中均可以检测到Notch家族蛋白、LCHAD的表达。早发型重度子痫前期组Notch家族蛋白、LCHAD表达均显著低于晚发型重度子痫前期组及对照组。各组胎盘组织中Notch家族蛋白表达与LCHAD表达水平呈正相关。结论早发型重度子痫前期组胎盘中Notch家族蛋白、LCHAD低表达与疾病的发病发展密切相关。二者通过影响滋养细胞浸润,胎盘浅着床在早发型重度子痫前期发生发展中起重要作用。

Expression Levels and Clinical Values of Notch Proteins and LCHAD in the Placenta of Early-onset Severe Preeclampsia

Objective To study the relationship between Notch proteins and LCHAD and early-onset severe preeclampsia, and to reveal the pathogenesis of the disease. Methods 45 early-onset severe preeclampsia and 42 late-onset patients were selected as a study group, and 40 patients with normal deliveries were selected as a control group. We detected the distribution and expression levels of the Notch proteins and LCHAD in placental villus with an immunohistochemical method. Results The Notch proteins and LCHAD could be detected in syncytiotrophoblasts, vascular endothelial cells and decidual cells of the placenta. The expression levels of the Notch proteins and LCHAD in the early-onset patients were significantly lower than those in the late-onset patients and those in the control group. The expression levels of Notch proteins had a positive correlation with those of LCHAD. Conclusions The early-onset severe preeclampsia is closely related to the low expression levels of Notch proteins and LCHAD, which play an important role during the shallow implantation of the placenta by influencing the infiltration of trophocytes and the onset and progression of early-onset severe preeclampsia.
