纳米穴位贴在小儿哮喘中的应用效果观察

目的 探讨纳米穴位贴在小儿哮喘中的应用效果.方法 选取本院2012年6月至2013年6月收治的支气管哮喘患儿85例为研究对象,将患儿分为观察组43例及对照组42例,对照组患儿雾化吸入布地奈德悬液,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上应用纳米穴位贴治疗,对比分析两组患儿临床治疗效果及症状改善情况.结果 观察组患儿呼吸困难、咳嗽、肺部啰音等临床症状改善时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组哮喘日间症状评分、夜间症状评分显著低于对照组日间症状评分及夜间症状评分,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对小儿支气管哮喘患儿在雾化吸入糖皮质激素的同时给予纳米穴位贴治疗能有效改善患儿临床症状,提高患者临床治疗效果,值得临床应用.

Application Effect of Nano Acupoint in Pediatric Asthma

Objective To investigate the application effect ofnanometer acupoint in pediatric asthma. Methods 85 cases of bronchial asthma in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were were divided into observation group of 43 cases and control group of 42 cases. The control group of children were inhaled with budesonide suspension, the observation group of children were treated with nanometer acupoint on the basis of treatment of the control group, to comparatively analyze the clinical outcomes and symptom improvement between the two groups. Results The children with breathing difficulties, cough, pulmonary rales and other clinical symptom improvement of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. The daytime asthma symptom scores, nighttime symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nanometer acupoint therapy combined with inhaled corticosteroids can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in children with bronchial asthma, improve the clinical outcomes, which is worthy of clinical application.
