乳酸菌联合甲硝唑栓治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效观察

目的观察乳酸菌联合甲硝唑栓治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法从我院选取60例萎缩性阴道炎患者．随机分为对照组30例和观察组30例，对照组仅给予甲硝唑栓治疗，观察组给予乳酸菌和甲硝唑栓的联合治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的阴道pH值并评定疗效。结果治疗后，观察组及对照组的阴道pH值均明显改善，但是观察组的改善程度更大，显著优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，复发率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论乳酸菌联合甲硝唑栓治疗萎缩临阴道炎疗效显著，值得临床大力推广。

Therapeutic Effect of Lactic Acid Bacteria Combined with Metronidazole Suppositories in the Treatment of Atrophic Vaginitis

Objective To observe the effect of lactic acid bacteria combined with metronidazole suppositories in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis. Methods Sixty patients with atrophic vaginitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with metronidazole suppositories, while patients in the observation group were treated with lactic acid bacteria combined with metronidazole suppositories. The pH value before and after treatment were observed and the curative effect were evaluated. Results After treatment, the pH value improved significantly in both group, but the observation group had more improvement degree compared with control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of control group; both difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The combination therapy of lactic acid bacteria and metronidazole suppositories has significant effect in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
