风险管理在急诊留观输液患者中的应用观察

目的 讨论风险管理对急诊留观输液患者的重要性与意义.方法 选取急诊输液室护士30例,按照随机的分组原则分为A组、B组,各15例.A组对其进行教育培训,宣传已经存在或潜在护理风险,同时制定相关管理计划,明确落实步骤,培养护士风险意识;B组常规培训.比较两组护理情况满意度、风险管理考核总分.结果 随机选取输液患者100名,对经培训后护士护理情况满意度进行调查,结果显示A组护理满意度、风险管理考核总分均显著高于B组,差异均具有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 进行有效的风险管理能够有效降低护理风险发生率.通过发现潜在的护理风险,找出解决方法从而优化护理,能避免发生安全隐患,减少对患者或医院造成损害,为患者提供满意服务.

Observation on Risk Management Applied in Emergency Patients with Fluid Infusion

Objective To discuss the importance and significance of risk management in emergency patients with fluid infusion. Methods Thirty emergency transfusion room nurses were selected, and in accordance with the principle of randomized grouping, were divided into group A and group B, with 15 cases in each group. Group A received training and education on the existed or potential nursing risks; in addition, relevant management plan was formulated, the implementation steps were clarified, nurses＇ risk awareness was cultivated. Group I3 were taken with conventional training. Nursing satisfaction, risk management assessment score of two groups were compared. Results After training, 100 infusion patients were randomly chosen to investigate their satisfaction degree for nursing. ;rhe result showed that nursing satisfaction, risk management assessment scores were significantly higher in group A than in group B, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The risk management can effectively reduce the risk of nursing. Discovering potential nursing risk and finding solutions to optimize nursing can help to avoid potential safety problems, reduce the damage to patients or hospital, and provide satisfactory service for patients.
