穿心莲内酯对高脂血症新西兰兔抗氧化及胆固醇代谢的影响

摘    要:目的探讨穿心莲内酯对高血脂症新西兰兔的抗氧化及胆固醇代谢的作用。方法SPF级新西兰家兔42只,雌雄各半.随机分为7组:空白对照组、模型对照组、非诺贝特组、血脂康组、穿心莲内酯高、中、低剂量组,除空白对照组给予普通饲料饲养外,其余各组每天给予高脂饲料50g,造模喂养4周,4周后按照分组继续进行高脂饲料喂养,各给药组按剂量灌胃给予相应药物.空白对照组、模型对照组同法灌胃给予等体积蒸馏水,连续给药4周。末次给药后1h耳动脉采血,按试剂盒进行血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(OK—LDL)含量,胆固醇酯转运蛋白(CETP)活性、磷脂转运蛋白活性(PLTP)的测定。结果与模型组比较,穿心莲内酯高、中、低剂量组SOD活性有明显提高,MDA、OX—LDL及CETP含量均有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论穿心莲内酯对高脂血症新西兰免的抗氧化能力及CETP活性具有明显的改善作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of andrographolide on antioxidant and cholesterol metabolism in hypedipidemic rabbits. Methods 42 SPF New Zealand rabbits were chosen and divided into 7 groups: normal control group, model group, fenofibrate group, Xuezhikang group and high, medium and andrographolide group (high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group). Except for the normal control group, the rest were made hyperlipemia model for 4 weeks. 1 h after the last administration, the ear artery blood was collected to detect the serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA), oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) level, cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP) activity, phospholipid transfer protein (PLTP) activity. Results Compared with the model group, the andrographolide group (high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group) had higher SOD activity, and lower MDA, ox-LDL and CETP level, with statistically significant difference (P 〈0.01). Conclusions Andrographolide can apparently improve antioxidant and cholesterol metabolism in hypedipidemic rabbit.
