| 摘 要： | 随着医疗卫生事业的发展,医疗活动对护士的需求不断增长,但医疗护理现状尚不能满足患者需求。因此,护工作为一个新兴职业出现,有着其市场需求和发展前景。如何进行规范管理,使其健康有序发展,以提高患者及家属的满意度,是文章所要重点探讨的问题。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of healthcare,the requirement for nurse has increased.Because the supply of nurse can't meet the patient's demand.Nursing worker appearing as a new occupation has a well development prospect.How to manage nursing workers normatively,increase the satisfaction of patients and their family numbers and purify the hospital's medical circumstance are the discussion emphases of this paper. |
