| 摘 要： | 目的：探索WHO推荐的短程间歇化疗方案，治疗肺结核病人毒副反应。方法：对2000年1月～2001年12月间登记、管理、治疗的初复治涂阳肺结核病人进行追踪调查。结果：治疗肺结核1154例，发生毒副反应者406例，占35．2％。结论：药物剂量偏大，老年及体质弱的肺结核病人慎用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the side effect of the short course intermittent chemotherapy which is the regimen of WHO for pulmonary patients.Methods:The registration and treatment were done in newly registered and recurrent smear positive cases with pulmonary tuberculosis from January 2000 to December 2001.Results:Among 1 154 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis which were treated,side effects were confiremed in 406 cases,accounting for 35.2%.Conclusion:The using of high dosage should be carefull in the senile and weak paitents. |
