大鼠胸主动脉球囊拉伤后金属硫蛋白及丙二醛含量变化

摘    要:目的 :观察大鼠胸主动脉球囊拉伤后血浆及组织金属硫蛋白 (MT)及丙二醛含量变化 ,探讨再狭窄与氧化防御系统的关系。方法 :对照组常规饲养 2 1d ;球囊导管拉伤大鼠胸主动脉 3d ,10d ,2 1d后 ,分别取大鼠血浆及心、肝和肾组织 ,以10 9Cd血红蛋白饱和法测定大鼠血浆及组织MT含量 ,以硫代巴比妥酸钠法测定丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 :与对照组比较 ,球囊拉伤 3d组大鼠肝、心和肾组织及血浆MT含量分别升高 5 5 .8% ,73 .5 % ,49.9% ,5 6 .2 % ,MDA含量分别升高 94.0 % ,49 1% ,31 4% ,141 1% ;球囊拉伤 10d组大鼠肝、心、肾组织及血浆MT含量分别升高 31.8% ,6 8 2 % ,5 8.0 % ,41 8% ,MDA含量分别升高 148.0 % ,41.6 % ,2 9.1% ,83.8% ;球囊拉伤 2 1d组大鼠肝、心、肾组织及血浆MT含量分别升高 5 6 .8% ,38.8% ,39.4% ,48.1% ,MDA含量分别升高 98.0 % ,48.4% ,44 .8% ,49.2 %。结论 :大鼠胸主动脉球囊拉伤后MT产生增多与脂质过氧化损伤有关

Abstract:Aim:To observe the level of metallothionein(MT) in tissues and plasma of rat after balloon injury and to recognize the alteration of oxidative defense system in body when restenosis occurred.Methods:Rat aorta were injuried by balloon injury for 3 d(Group A),10 d(Group B),21 d(Group C),the level of MT and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the tissues of liver,heart and kidney and plasma were measured.Results:Compared with that of control group,the contents of MT in Group A increased by 55.8% for liver,73.5% for heart,49.9% for kidney,56.2% for plasma,and that of MDA increased by 94.0%,49.1%, 31.4% ,141.1%,respectively.The level of MT in Group B increased by 31.8% for liver,68.2% for heart,58.0% for kidney, 41.8% for plasma,and that of MDA increased by 148.0%,41.6%,29.1%,83.8%,respectively.Conclusion:The alteration of MT in tissues of liver,heart,kindey and plasma after balloon injury may be related to lipid hyperoxidation injury.
