不孕症夫妇弓形虫感染的血清学检测

目的检测弓形虫在不孕不育夫妇的感染情况。方法采用ELIAS方法检测患者血清弓形虫CAg、IgM、IgG。结果 CAg、IgM、IgG阳性率分别为4．55％、16．67％、25％；弓形虫抗体阳性率为37．12％；弓形虫感染率为37．88％；男、女性弓形虫感染率分别为22．73％、53．03％。男女弓形虫感染率有显著性差异。夫妻双方同时感染的阳性率为15．15％；习惯性流产患者弓形虫感染率为60％。结论弓形虫感染在不孕不育夫妇中非常普遍，女性感染率高于男性；习惯性流产患者感染率最高；因此要高度重视并及时治疗弓形虫感染，减少其对不孕不育的影响。

Detection on Infection of Toxoplasam Gondii in Infertile Couples

Objective To detect the level of infection of Toxoplasma Gondii in infertile couples. Methods ELISA was applied to detect the CAg, IgM, IgG of Toxoplasma Gondii in serum of patients. Results The positive rate of CAg, IgM and IgG was 4.55 %, 16.67 % and 25 % respectively, The positive rate of antitoxoplasma antibody was 37.12% ,the infection rate of Toxoplasma Gondii was 37.88% ,male and female infection rate of Toxoplasrna Gondii was 22.73% and 53.03% respectively,there was a remarkable difference between male and female. The positive rate of infection of Toxoplasma Gondii of couples was 15.15 %, the infection rate of Toxoplasma Gondii of habitual abortion patients was 60 %. Conclusion The infection of Toxoplasma Gondii is very common in infertile couples. The infection rate of female is higher than that of male, the infection rate of habitual abortion patients is highest. The infection of Toxoplasma Gondii should be stressed and treated in time in order to decrease the impression to infertile.
