| 摘 要： | 目的探讨环氧化酶-2（COX-2）在胃癌组织中的表达及与幽门螺杆菌（H-pylori）感染的关系。方法采用免疫组化EnVision两步法检测47例胃癌组织及相应的20例癌旁组织COX-2的表达；用western blot方法检测10例胃癌组织和相应的癌旁组织中COX-2蛋白的表达；用快速尿素酶诊断法和^13C呼气试验两种方法检测胃癌患者H-pylori感染状况。结果免疫组化检测胃癌组织中COX-2的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织（P〈0.01）；有H-pylori感染的胃癌组织中COX-2的阳性表达率较未感染的胃癌组织中高（P〈0．01）。Western blot方法检测胃癌组织中COX-2的蛋白表达高于癌旁组织（P〈0.05）。结论COX-2在胃癌组织中高表达，H-pylori感染可能上调胃癌组织中COX-2的表达。
