不同方法对提高胶囊内镜检查效果的临床研究

目的:探讨不同方法对提高胶囊内镜检查的效果。方法:将患者分为实验组和对照组。对照组患者采用常用的甘露醇法进行清肠,实验组患者采用番泻叶+甘露醇法进行清肠;两组患者均在口服胶囊前20m in,口服西甲硅油5 m l;对照组患者在口服胶囊后即可离开医院完成检查;实验组患者在实时监控下变换体位、口服胃肠动力药和调节拍照速度完成检查。结果:两组患者清肠效果对比,秩和检验结果显示Z=2.411,P=0.016差异有统计学意义;两组患者胶囊内镜工作时间对比P<0.01差异有统计学意义;两组患者胶囊内镜在食道内工作时间比较P<0.001,胃内工作时间比较P<0.001,结肠内工作时间比较P<0.001差异均有统计学意义;两组患者胶囊内镜在小肠内工作时间比较无统计学意义;两组患者胶囊内镜到达结肠例数对比P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。结论:对照组和实验组的检查均得到清晰的图像;实验组比对照组患者清肠效果更满意;实验组食道和胃工作时间高于对照组,实验组到达结肠率高于对照组。
