| 摘 要： | 所用材料为小儿新鲜下肢。用10～20?S丁酮溶液灌注腘动脉,制成铸型标本,在扫描电镜下,观察小腿前部皮瓣微血管构筑情况。依皮瓣各层血管构筑特点能分为五层血管网即乳头层、乳头下层、真皮深层、浅筋膜层和深筋膜层网。各层血管网均有与本层结构相适应的血管分布特点。

| Abstract: | ABS casts of the fine vasculature of human anterior flap of the leg in achild were studied by scanning electron microscope. The anterior flap of theleg contained five meshworks of capillaries, that is, (1) the capillary networkof the papillar layer; (2)the vascular network of the subpapillar layer;(3)the deep dermal network; (4)the subcutaneous network; (5) the netwo-rk in the deep fascial Each layer of the vascular network has its own characteristics, and thesignificance of the vascular structrue is discussed. |
