紫珠属药用植物研究进展及质量标志物预测分析

摘    要:紫珠属药用植物资源丰富,具有良好的药用价值,并在临床中广泛使用。药用紫珠属植物中主要含有苯乙醇苷类、黄酮类、环烯醚萜苷类等化学成分,具有止血,抗炎,抗氧化,抗肿瘤等药理作用。该文章系统总结了药用紫珠属的化学成分、药理作用研究进展并对其质量标志物(Q-Marker)进行分析,预测毛蕊花糖苷,异毛蕊花糖苷,连翘酯苷B,木犀草苷,木犀草素,芹菜素,槲皮素,verbascoside,金石蚕苷等可作为药用紫珠属植物的主要Q-Marker,为紫珠属植物质量评价体系的建立和进一步研究开发提供科学依据。

Abstract:The medicinal plants of Callicarpa L. are rich in resources, has good medicinal value, and is widely used in clinic. It mainly contains phenylethanoids, flavonoids, iridoid glycosides and other chemical constituents, with hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor and other pharmacological effects. This paper systematically summarizes the research progress on the chemical composition, pharmacological action of four kinds of medicinal Callicarpa L. and its quality markers (Q-Markers) were predicted and analyzed acteoside, isoacteoside, forsythoside B, luteoloside, luteolin, apigenin, quercetin, verbascoside, poliumoside, etc. can be used as the main Q-Marker of Callicarpa L., in order to provide reference for the establishment of quality evaluation system, further research, comprehensive utilization and development of Callicarpa L..
