糖尿病患者社区保健需求与对策

目的：了解糖尿病患社区保健需求，探讨行之有效的护理对策。方法：设计两套调查问卷，调查社区糖尿病患105例。问卷一为糖尿病患健康信念调查；问卷二为例糖尿病患对医学保健的需求。结果：调查显示，糖尿病患保健需求获得取决于对教育内容的取舍和接受程度，分别采取三种形式，集体、小组和单人，一是以问卷调查了解掌握疾病防护知识的程度；二是通过研究组定期随访，了解医学保健后生存质量改善的情况，以评价医学保健质量。结论：在社区护理中，应重视不同个体的研究，满足患教育需求，有利于开展社区保健，促进患康复。

The Requirement of Community Health in Patients with Diabetes Meilitus and Their Counter Measures

Objective To investigate the requirements of community health in diabetes mellitus pa-tiets and discuss their countermeasures. Methods Two kinds of different questionnaires, with the first one of health belief and the second one health demand. Results Based on the answer Fapors, It was found that what the diabetic acquire in nursing service depends on their selection and acceptance ability of educative materials. Three kinds of formats, collective, group and individual, were taken. In the first stage,the grasp of knowledge of protection against disease was investigatived by questionnaire and in the second stage,the improvement of life quality after receiving nursing service was investigated by periodic follow-up. So as to assess the quality of nursing service. Conclusions In the course of communiry nursing service,to pay regard to the study of different individual and to satisfy the patients' demand on education are beneficiae to community nursing service and improvement of patients,recovery.
