脑血栓形成早期应用溶栓胶囊治疗研究

目的　观察溶栓胶囊治疗脑血栓的疗效。方法　对 30例确诊的脑血栓患者给予口服溶栓胶囊 ,每天 3次 ,每次2粒 ,连用 3周 ,不同时应用其它溶栓及抗血小板药物。对第 1周、第 2周和第 3周的疗效分别进行神经功能评分比较。对治疗 3周后复查的血脂、血糖、肝肾功能和心电图等结果与治疗前进行比较。结果　 30例总有效率为 80 %。所有病人无不良反应 ,肝肾功能和心电图等治疗后均无不良变化。治疗 3周后的神经功能评分同治疗前相比显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　溶栓胶囊是治疗脑血栓有效的药物。尤其适用于伴有糖尿病的患者

Analysis of Treatment with Thrombolysis Capsule for 30 Patients with Acute Cerebral Thrombosis at the Early Stage

Objective To observe whether Thrombolysis capsule had effects on patients with acute cerebral thrombosis at the early stage.Methods Thirty cases of determined patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were treated with oral Thrombolysis capsule,2 capsules,tid,for 3 weeks and no additional drug of thrombolysis and antipeplets.The neurological deficit scales were made at 1,2,and 3 weeks respectively.The blood lipid,sugar and electrocardiograph were analyzed and compared after 3 weeks treatment.Results In the treatment group the total effective rate was 80%.No mal responses of drugs and EKG,liver and renal functional changes were found.The neurological deficit scales were decreased significantly compared with before treatment or control group( P <0.05).Conclusion Thrombolysis capsule could be effective in treatment of patients with acute cerebral thromobosis at the early stage.
