摘    要:目的:探讨Survivin在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及其与肿瘤异质性之间的联系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测54例不同病理分级的脑胶质瘤组织Survivin蛋白的表达。结果:Survivin的表达程度随肿瘤级别升高而升高(P〈0.01),而在正常脑组织中Survivin的表达为阴性。同时,不同级别胶质瘤Survivin蛋白表达的光密度值差异有统计学意义,组织级别越高,Survivin蛋白平均光密度值越大(P〈0.01)。恶性胶质瘤周边浸润组织中也有Survivin表达,但低于瘤体中心。结论:胶质细胞瘤恶性程度与Survivin表达相关;Survivin的表达可作为胶质瘤恶性程度和浸润性的评估指标之一。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To approach the relationship between the survivin expression and tumor heterogeneity.METHODS:Survivin expression in 54 cases of different pathologically classified glioma tissues was examined with the immunohistochemical method.RESULTS:The expression level of Survivin increased as the tumor grade increased(P<0.01).However,in normal cerebral tissue,the expression of survivin was negative.At the same time,the different grade glioma had different optical densities of survivin protein,the higher the grade,the larger the survivin protein optical density(P<0.01).In the high grade glioma,peripheral infiltrating tissue had survivin expression,but was lower than tumor center.CONCLUSION:The malignancy of glioma is related to the expression of survivin,and survivin expression could be used as an evaluating standard for the tumor malignancy and infiltrating.
