格拉司琼合用地塞米松预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐的临床观察

目的探讨预防性应用格拉司琼合用地塞米松预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐(postoperativenauseaandvomiting,PONV)的效果。方法择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人90例,随机分为3组,每组30例。腹腔充气前5min分别静注0.9%生理盐水10mL(对照组N组);格拉司琼3mg(G组);格拉司琼3mg合用地塞米松10mg(G+Dex组)。观察手术后24h内恶心/呕吐发生率。结果术后24h恶心/呕吐发生率格拉司琼组显著低于对照组(P<0.01);术后24h恶心/呕吐发生率格拉司琼组高于格拉司琼合用地塞米松组(P<0.05)。结论格拉司琼合用地塞米松和格拉司琼均能有效预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术PONV的发生,格拉司琼合用地塞米松优于格拉司琼。

Clinical observation of prophylactic use of gramsetron combined with dexametheson in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

[Objective]To observe the efficacy of prophylactic use of Gramsetron combined with Dexametheson in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) after laparoscopic cholecystectivetomy. A total of 90 adults requiring selective laparoscopic cholecystectomy received general anesthesia were divided into three groups each of groups including 30 adults, Then injecting saline 10 mL (n), Gramsetron 3 mg (G), Gramsetron and Dexametheson(G+Dex) respectively before putting gas into abodoment. The incidence of PONV was decreased siginificant in Group G and Group G+Dex than that in Group N (P <0.01), The incidence of PONV was higher in Group G than Group G+Dex (P<0.05). [Conclusions] It is effective that prophylactic use of Gramsetron combined with Dexametheson and Gramsetron in Preventing PONV after laparoscopic cholecys tectomy and Gramsetron combined with Dexametheson is better than Gramsetron..
