| 摘 要： | 对６０例单胎、头位、初产的妊娠足月孕妇分别应用米索前列醇、蓖麻油餐进行引产效果的比较（其中米索前列醇组４０例，蓖麻油餐组２０例）。结果：引产总有效率米索前列醇组为９２５％（３７／４０），蓖麻油餐组为７０％（１４／２０），两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５）。且米索前列醇组无明显副作用，优于蓖麻油餐组。提示：米索前列醇置入阴道用于妊娠足月引产是安全有效的

| Abstract: | Induction of labor was performed in 60 primipara of singleton,head presentation.40 of them used misoprostol,castor oil stewing with eggs were used for the rest.The total effective rate of induction of labor was 92 5% in misoprostol group and 70% in the other group.There were significant differences between these two groups(P<0 05).It is indicated that inserting misoprostol in vaginal for induction of labor at term is safe and effective. |
