| 摘 要： | 目的了解石家庄市肺结核病人中HIV感染状况。方法对2009年4月~2010年3月新登记的6208例肺结核病人中采取自愿的原则进行HIV抗体的检测,HIV抗体阳性者采集其吸毒史、卖血输血史、不洁性行为史等。结果 6208例新登记肺结核病人中,3068例进行了检测,检测率49.42%。其中HIV阳性者6例,阳性率0.2%,6例中已知HIV阳性者3例,占50%,新发现3例占50%。6例TB/HIV双感病人均为因症就诊,无固定职业,年龄以青壮年男性为主,本地户口3人,流动人口3人,HIV感染方式呈多种形式。结论肺结核病人进行HIV检测是发现HIV感染者的方法之一,对控制结核病疫情均有现实意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To realize status of HIV infection in pulmonary tuberculosis in shijiazhuang.Methods HIV test on volunteer among 6208 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis found from Apr.2009 to Mar.2010 were conducted.To collecting histories on drug use,bloodtransfusion or donation,harmful sexual behavior.Results Of 6208 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis,3068 cases were tested.The rate of screening HIV was 49.42%.There were 6 HIV positive cases,3 cases known.HIV positive rate was 0.2%.The six TB/HIV patients were cons... |
