| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）合并肺结核的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法对我市结核病防治专业机构近2年收治的210例COPD合并肺结核患者的临床资料进行分析。结果通过规则治疗、合理护理后大部分治愈或好转。结论 COPD合并肺结核多见于老年患者,由于基础疾病容易掩盖结核病状,导致误诊率增高。此类人群免疫功能普遍低下,结核菌素试验（PPD）、结核抗体（TBAB）阳性率不高,多途径痰检是明确诊断的重要方法,且病程较长,临床上需引起高度重视,要早诊断,早治疗,以提高治愈率。
