Characteristics of Back Sweep Frame Agitator and Its Application in Crystallization of Menstruum

Menstruum crystal is widely used in cephalosporin production in view of its stability and high purity. Traditional agitators, such as anchor and anchor-paddle, were main ones used in crystallization of menstruum. But, because of the structure features, the use of these agitators in production of different products or with different processes has some limits. In order to solve this problem, some new agitators were developed and tested with respect to the process of menstruum crystallization. It has found that back sweep frame agitator has some sole advantages and wide applicability in the production of menstruum crystal. This agitator can be used to solve some practical problems in production.
