HBsAb与其他4项血清学指标问的通路分析

目的解释HBsAb与其他指标间的关系。方法对常德市2004年高中毕业生进行健康体检,选乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)血清标志物HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAb、HBeAb、HBsAb5项指标中有1项以上阳性者865人为对象,以HBsAg、HBeAg为原因变量,HBcAb、HBeAb为中间应变量,HBsAb为应变量,构筑模型框架,用SPSS11.0软件进行道路分析。结果通路图模型框架可解读信息为67.3%,HBsAg对HBsAb的直接作用为-0.714,对两者相关系数(r=-0.787)的贡献比为94.2%。结论HBsAg与HBsAb高度负相关,HBsAg阳性时有HBsAb存在的可能性很小。

Thoroughfare Analysis Between Serological Markers of HBsAb and the 4 Others

Objective To explain the relation between HBsAb and the other indexes. Methods Health check-up for high school graduate students in Changde City in 2004, 865 students who had more than 1 positive marker among HBsAg, HBeAg, HBcAb, HBeAb, and HBsAb were studied. Taking HBsAg, HBeAg as the primary variables, and HBcAb, HBeAb as the intermediate variables, and HBsAb as the secondary variable in measurement for the lost contingency, and to construct the model frame for carrying on thoroughfare analysis with the SPSS11.0 software. Results The thoroughfare model frame read the information in 67.3%, the direct function of HBsAg to HBsAb was-0.714, and the contribution rate for their related coefficient was 94.2%. Conclusion HBsAg and HBsAb are highly negatively related, and the existence of HBsAb has very small possibility when the HBsAg is positive.
