2例超大剂量60COγ线急性照射病患者心理状况分析及对策

目的了解急性放射病（ARS）患者心理问题，以便为临床护理工作提供科学依据，采取针对性的心理护理干预方法。方法采用SCL-90症状自评量表对2例超大剂量60COγ线意外照射后患者的心理状况进行调查分析。结果2例患者SCL-90症状量表的各项评价指标绝大部分高于中国常模标准，突出表现为抑郁、偏执、焦虑、强迫症状、躯体化、恐怖。结论2例ARS患者存在不同程度的急性心理障碍问题，针对患者心理状态给予针对性心理护理干预，可使患者顺利度过病程极期。延缓病情的进展，为综合性治疗措施得以顺利进行创造条件，达到最佳的治疗效果。

Analysis and intervention of psychological problems in two patients irradiated by large dose of 60COγ-ray

Objective To explore psychological problems of patients with acute radiation syndrome （ARS）, and to provide evidence for corresponding nursing intervention. Method The psychological complications of two ARS patients after large doses of 60COγ-ray were investigated and analyzed by symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90）. Results Two patients scores of the SCL-90 items were higher than China normal standard. They had various degrees of depression, anxiety, compulsion and phobia. Conclusions Two patients with acute radiation sickness had different degrees of psychological problems. Appropriate nursing intervention and targeted nursing measures can help patients go through the climax of the entire disease course, delay the disease progression, and prepare for the comprehensive treatment to eventually achieve an optimal therapeutic effect.
