| 摘 要： | 17例严重喉咽或(及)颈段食管狭窄缺损患者,15例经手术治疗恢复了正常吞咽功能,12例有喉者10例恢复了喉全功能。讨论了喉咽颈食管狭窄或缺损的医源性因素、治疗原则,并认为手术整复能很好地保留喉或改进喉功能。

| Abstract: | The article reports 17 cases of severe hypopharyngeal or/and
esophageal stenosis or defect.Fifteen of them were surgically treated with
their diglutition functive restored successfully.Twelve cases except two with
the remaining larynges were preserved postoperatively.The iatrogenic factors
of hypopharyngeal or/and esophageal stenosis or defect,and principles of
surgical treatment are discussed.It is experienced that larynx whether affected
or not,all be preserved with restored function after proper management. |
