CD44V6、PCNA在胃癌中表达的相互关系及其临床意义的研究

目的研究CD44V6、PCNA在胃癌中表达相互关系及其生物学特征.方法采用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法).检测53例胃癌组织CD44V6、PCNA的表达情况.20例正常胃粘膜组织作对照.结果 53例胃癌组织中CD44V6阳性表达率62.3%(33/53);PCNA阳性表达率92.5%(49/53),其中强阳性表达率64.2%(34/53);CD44V6阳性率和PCNA强阳性表达率与胃癌组织学类型、侵润深度、淋巴结转移均呈正相关(P＜0.05).结论联合检测CD44V6、PCNA在胃癌中的表达对判断胃癌的生物学行为及估计预后具有重要价值.

CD44V6 and PCNA in gastric cancer:expression and clinical signifi-cance

Objective To study the expression and biological characters of CD44V6 and PCNA in gastric cancer. Methods The expression of CD44 V6 and PCNA was detected in 53 cases of gastric cancer by streptavidin peroxidase immunohistochemistry technique. They were compared with the other 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa. Results In 53 cases of gastric cancer, the positive expression rate of CD44 V6 was 62.3 % (33/ 53). And of PCNA the positive rate was 92.5% (49/53), the strong positive rate was 64.2% (34/53); The positive rate of CD44V6 and the strong positive rate of PCNA were correlated with histological types, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer (P < 0.05) . Conclusion The combination detection of CD44V6 and PCNA is of important value to evaluating biological behavior of gastric cancer and the prognosis of the patients in gastric cancer.
