Observation of Laryngeal mask airway general anesthesia used in abdominal surgery in the elderly

Objective Making a research on tracheal intubation and laryngeal mask airway for general anesthesia on hemodynamics in elderly effects.Methods40 elderly patients with abdominal surgery general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups.LMA group （L group）： Laryngeal mask insertion after induction of general anesthesia;Intubation group： laryngoscopy under endotracheal intubation to maintain ventilationafter general anesthesia.Data will be recorded before induction（T 0）,in the process of setting the laryngeal mask or endotracheal tube（T 1）,and laryngeal mask airway insertion or gas intubation（T 2）,and then 2m in（T 3）,4m in（T 4）,6m in（T 5）,pulling out the air duct or laryngeal mask（T 6）,and other different times′s systolic pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,HR,EtCO_2,Peak,SPO_2.ResultsSteady circulation of laryngeal mask airway group.And the MAP,HR change was significantly less than the intubation group.Conclusion： laryngeal mask airway anesthesia in the elderly is a comparably safe and reliable method.
