| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨颈源性肩周炎有效治疗途径。[方法]采用正骨疗法、推拿疗法、ROM训炼、药物疗法和ADL指导等综合疗法治疗颈源性肩周炎患者38例。[结果]治愈28例,显效9例,好转1例,无效0例。总有效率97·3%。[结论]以正骨推拿手法为主综合治疗对颈源性肩周炎患者临床疗效确切。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To discuss the effective method for neck-type scapulohumeral periarthritis.[Method] Take the therapies of bonesetting, massage, ROM training, medicine and ADL direction, i.e.the comprehensive method to treat neck-type scapulohumeral periarthritis 38 cases.[Result] 28 cases were cured, 9 witnessed obvious effective effect, 1 witnessed curative effect, 0 had no effect.The total effective rate was 97.3%.[Conclusion] It has definite effect on neck-type scapulohumeral periarthritis treated with the comprehensive method, centering on bonesetting and massage manipulation. |
